Michal is a developer and an investor to residential and mix-used development projects. Michal has 20-year experience in financing, development, sales and investing into real estate, with a long-term focus on residential properties.
Michal is a former director at Lincoln Property Company, Penta Investments and Jones Lang LaSalle.
THOMAS IVANOV
Ing.arch.
Thomas is an architect and a developer with experience in
finding suitable concepts, in organizing architectural competitions, in managing architects and in project team management during pre-development stage.
He previously worked at Penta Real Estate and Lincoln Property Company. He also worked in several architectural offices, such as Chybik+Kristof Architects, or AT26.
ROMANA KUKUĽOVÁ
Ing.arch. LEED AP BD+C WELL AP
Romana is a project manager and a chief project architect having extensive experience including outlined, detailed and execution designs with focus on BIM (Revit, ArchiCad). As LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP Romana is also responsible for sustainability in the company.
Before joining SYNAPSIS property ventures, Romana worked at CBRE, IDO Hutný projekt or Atelier 008 in Slovakia as well as at several ateliers in Ireland.
